While we bring a lot of knowledge and expertise to your project, we have an appreciation for the talent and experience of your current project team. The use of a project team focuses a cross section of talent on project objectives and helps build team consensus on key issues. Within the team we have found it helpful to establish key contacts or task groups to define issues and preferences. This usually breaks down into four groups :

Operations for definition of graphics, alarms and operating procedures
Maintenance for installation details and material specs
Engineering for design standards and cost control
IT department for information systems standards and hardware specifications

We use Advanced Engineering techniques

We use automated design tools that provide all the equipment and instrument data in standard databases for easy transfer to the client. The design tools are easily adapted to accommodate client standards and drawings are automatically generated using standard AutoCAD files. This ensures accurate transfer of data to design documents. We use digital cameras to capture physical field data to minimize field survey time and the images are available for use in operations and maintenance documents.

We also establish a high speed data link to the client. This provides for transfers of E-mail, database updates, AutoCAD drawing file updates, PLC / DCS logic files and graphics files. We also use the data link to provide remote maintenance support after installation.
