History
SEACON is a privately held, employee owned company.
The employees have worked together in the controls
industry since 1984. We decided to form an employee
owned company that would be distinguished by the
quality of the service provided and the ability to
respond to client's needs in a quick and flexible
manner. The focus of the company is to provide
process control engineering, configuration,
programming and training services for industrial
clients.
Organization
SEACON is organized on the management
principles of TQM. Our corporate structure is best
described as a flat structure with an Operating Team
that is responsible for the daily operations of the
company. We have a very low overhead through the use
of working team members. We have no dead weight. Our
operating team members work on projects which makes
us able to quickly respond to the needs of the client
and the project. Quality is an integral part of our
business - not just a TQM program. We focus on
partnering with clients, vendors and other suppliers
to provide the best solution for the client.
Location
Our offices are located on the Gulf Coast in
Mobile, Alabama. We have on-going projects in
the Southeastern United States, and other parts of
the country.
Services
The services offered are targeted toward
engineering and configuration of process control
systems, automation services and information systems. We differentiate
our services by :
| |
- focusing on the quality of our service
|
| |
- becoming a long term partner with the
client
|
| |
- specializing in control system upgrades
|
| |
- offering a complete range of integration
services from the field transmitters to
corporate-wide information systems.
