During the final stages of installation, we check-out each loop.  Our project engineer is on-site for start-up and loop tuning and does not leave until your operations and maintenance personnel are comfortable with the system.  After start-up, we are on-call 24 hours a day with telephone support, on-site support and remote diagnostics over secure network connections.
