PLC Programming

SEACON provides programmable logic controller programming services for most major brands of PLC's including Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Siemens and GE. We start with the base regulatory controls to ensure a stable and capable process. This includes building motor controls, regulatory points, control algorithms, batch sequences, group start/stop controls and emergency shutdown functions.

We provide custom graphics, alarms and reports utilizing your selection of man-machine interface. We are proficient with most major brands of MMI's including Intellution, RSview and Wonderware. We are also proficient in the implementation of OPC servers, SQL Server and custom ActiveX controls using VBA to solve any problem that might not have an off-the-shelf solution.
